Every cookie that we sell to our customers is baked fresh to order.

For this reason, all orders are submitted via the enquiry form, and (with the exception of our Birthday Boxes and pre-order packs) are dependant upon booking availability.

You will always receive a response within 24 hours of submitting your enquiry form, with a quote (and invoice to follow) if you choose to proceed with the order.

Complete the enquiry form and we will respond within 24 hours. The onus is on you to check your inbox for these emails. If there is an availability to accommodate your booking, we will provide a quote, and an invoice will follow if that is accepted.

A booking is only confirmed upon payment of the invoice: in full for orders under $200, or a 50% deposit for orders over $200.

Generally, 4 weeks is ideal if you are interested in custom made cookies for an occasion, longer if you require shipping (4-5 weeks)

Alternatively, we offer fast-order Birthday Boxes, and Premium Message Cookies which have far less wait-time.

Please note: we take on a capped number of orders each month. This allows us to manage each with the care and attention to detail that every order deserves.

If you require any specialty stamps made for your custom designed set, we may require more than 4 weeks notice.

All cookies are individually heat-sealed and will maintain their freshness for 4-6 weeks when stored correctly, but it goes without saying… the sooner you enjoy them, the better.

A cookie ‘care card’ will accompany your order with very clear instructions on how to properly store your cookies. Sugar cookies can be safely frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Allow to defrost at room temperature for a minimum of 4 hours, and keep container sealed until completely defrosted.

Chunky cookies maintain their freshness for up to a week, and can also be safely frozen.

Yes, we offer contactless pick up from Ascot Vale, Melbourne.

While contactless pick-up is our preferred option, we do offer flat-rate nationwide postage via Australia Post Express.

Your cookies will be safely wrapped in protective packaging. Please note: we will not be held responsible for any postage delays or damage that occurs once your order leaves our premises.
