HOW TO CREATE AND SEND YOUR VOICE RECORDING
You need to first purchase the quantity of MessageBites® you require, and have your order number handy for when you email your audio to us.
Most newer devices have a built-in voice recording app. This produces a high quality recording, and a much better result for your personalised MessageBite. There are many free voice-recording apps available to download.
Maximum audio length of 2 minutes per individual MessageBite.
Find a quiet place to record. Position your device upright against a surface (this avoids noise interference from hand movements).
Ensure your recording is clear and without any background noise, before you name and save it.
Handy tip: it may be helpful to write down what you want to say first. It's much easier to read something out loud than to make it up as you go along!
Locate 'Share' (usually 3 x dots in the top right corner on most devices), and select it.
Choose email, and send to us at:
hello.messagebites@gmail.com
It is necessary that you provide your name, MessageBites® order number, and your event date.
If you would like your own optional photo/image, add it to the email and then you're ready to press send. If you don't add a photo, a suitable graphic will be chosen by us.
This cannot be altered once embedded into the MessageBites® code we generate for you.
We will get to work designing your personalised MessageBites® QR code, and once generated, we will email it to you.
If you have ordered multiple MessageBites®, it may be necessary to send your voice recordings in more than one email to avoid issues with file size limits.
