MessageBites® Terms and Conditions
Please read before placing your order:
NO refunds are issued once design of your MessageBite® commences and your personalised QR code generated.
- in using MessageBites®, you are agreeing to the temporary digital storage of your audio file +/- photo. It is never shared without your permission, and only accessible by people you have provided your QR code to.
Please note: if you post to social media while your code is active, ANYONE can access it by scanning the code.
- a maximum of two minutes of audio per individual MessageBite®.
- there are two ways of receiving your MessageBites® .... as a stand-alone instant digital file, or printed 5cm round adhesive labels shipped via Auspost with tracking, (also inclusive your digital file)
- the quality of your MessageBites® recording is entirely dependent upon what you send us. We have a handy tips page if you've never done a voice recording before.
- MessageBites® digital files are permanently deleted 3 calendar months after your event date, at which time your QR code will no longer be readable. We suggest you save it to your device if it's something you'd like to keep stored long-term.
- orders are processed and MessageBites® QR codes generated as they are received. For this reason, we suggest a timeframe that isn't too far in advance. As stipulated, there are no refunds, regardless if your event is cancelled or you change your mind.
- we stick to a minimum QR code print size of 4cm. If you choose to print smaller, you risk a Messagebites® code that may be unreadable. We will not be held responsible if this occurs as a result of your downsizing.
- your MessageBite® will be emailed back to you as a PNG file, which is the recommended format for this image-type.
